I keep this on my nightstand and dab a little on my wrists before bed, and it genuinely helps me wind down. The scent is true lavender rather than that soapy fake stuff, and a tiny bit goes a long way.

The lavender here smells like the real thing, not the soapy stuff I'm used to. It opens a bit sharp for the first ten minutes, then settles into something calm and herbal that lasts most of the workday.

I've tried a lot of lavender fragrances and most smell like soap, but this one actually has that deep, almost herbal lavender scent you get from real essential oil. It's calming without being cloying and lasts a good few hours on my skin.
