The opening is brighter and more tart than I expected from a quince scent, but it settles into something warm and almost honeyed within twenty minutes. It stays close to the skin rather than filling a room, which is exactly what I wanted for everyday wear. I've already gone through half the bottle.

The opening is sharper and greener than I expected, but give it twenty minutes and it settles into something much softer. Only reason it's not five stars is the staying power, I'm reapplying by mid-afternoon.

It dries down to a warm, almost spicy finish that lasts a good few hours on my skin. Only gripe is the sillage stays pretty close, so I have to reapply if I want it noticed in the evening.
