Cedrat

I've been wearing this for a month and the craftsmanship really shows - it evolves slowly on skin instead of hitting you all at once. The drydown stays close and elegant, which is exactly what I wanted for evenings out.

The cedrat opening is bright without being sharp, and it settles into something warm and almost resinous after about an hour on my skin. I've worn it to dinners and to the office, and it never feels like too much. Faint praise for a scent, maybe, but it's the one I keep reaching for.

The citrus opening is bright and genuinely pretty, but it fades on my skin within about two hours. For the price I expected more staying power from something billed as artistic perfumery. Nice while it lasts, just not long enough.
