غالبانوم

I was worried galbanum would smell like cut grass, but this dries down into something resinous and almost bitter in the best way. It wears close to the skin for hours without shouting.

I was worried galbanum would be too sharp, but it opens crisp and green and then settles into something warm and resinous I can't stop sniffing. Wore it to work and got three compliments before lunch. It's unusual without being difficult, which is exactly what I wanted.

The green resinous opening is sharper than I expected at first spray, but it softens into something almost grassy and wearable within twenty minutes. Only knocking off a star because the lasting power fades by mid-afternoon on my skin.
