الكرز الأسود ماراشينو (نتوء)

I've been layering this accord under a plain vanilla and it gives me that boozy, almost syrupy cherry depth I couldn't get anywhere else. It reads darker and richer than a fresh cherry, closer to the jarred kind soaked in liqueur, which is exactly what I wanted.

The dark cherry note here is genuinely rich without turning syrupy, more like a liqueur than candy. I dabbed a little on a tester strip and it held that deep, almost boozy character for hours.

I’ve been testing this accord for a few weeks and it really does smell like the dark, syrupy side of maraschino cherries — not the bright candy kind. It’s smooth and rich enough that a single drop lingers for hours on my skin, which is more than I expected from such a concentrated oil.
